Terms of Service

Please thoroughly read our Terms of Service, before signing up with us. Our Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.

Billing

Double Doodie pre bills for all services (both monthly and one-time cleanups), including a one-time initial cleanup fee. For monthly services, your account will be charged on the 15th of the month. If your card declines for any reason, you'll be immediately removed from the service route, until payment is received. If 30 days has passed since your last service date, an initial cleanup fee will be added. Additional fees apply to yards over 1/4 an acre.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the details provided to us. It’s important to provide the most accurate information during the quote process. If we find any discrepancies (e.g. - size of yard, number of dogs, etc.) during our first visit, we will adjust the quote and notify you of any changes.

Routing & Scheduling

Think of our service as your local garbage trucks - you know the day they'll pick-up your trash, but there isn't an exact pick-up time. Due to our service and routing system, we do not schedule appointments. However, you will receive your service date(s) upon sign-up via email, and we'll notify you when we're on the way to your home.

Pets in the Yard

We love pets of all breeds, shapes, and sizes! However, for the safety of our crew, all pets must be secured in the home during our time of service. If we see any pets in the yard, we will knock on the door or attempt to contact you. Failure to secure your pets will result in delay, reschedule, or cancellation of service. Also, please inform your spouse, children, or anyone able to let pets out to wait until we complete our services.

Access to the Yard

If our crew is unable to gain access into the yard due to a locked or blocked gate, we will return on your next service or next available date. If you have a gate code or invisible fence, please let us know before the start of service. For the safety of our crew, we must have access to the yard through a gate or outside access point. We are not able to enter through your home to get to the yard.

Debris and Hazards

Please inform us of any excessive debris or hazards in the yard. This includes leaves, overgrown grass/weeds, grass trimmings, tree branches, construction material, holes/dips, or any other debris that would obscure our view and/or pose a safety risk. If any poop was missed, we will pick it up on your next service date. For the safety of our crew, we reserve the right to skip any property deemed ‘unsafe’ to service.

Weather Conditions

Dogs don’t stop pooping, so we don’t stop scooping! Our dog waste removal services are available all year-round, rain or shine. However, in the event that weather conditions prevent our crew from servicing your yard, we will notify you and return on your next service or next available date to perform double duty.

Holidays

We will not provide services on certain federal holidays. If your service date falls on one of those days, we will notify you with your rescheduled service date.

Pausing Your Service

You may pause your service by contacting us here. Services can only be paused for up to 30 days. If 30 days have passed without notifying us to resume service, you will be removed from the schedule.

Cancelling Your Service

You may cancel your service by contacting us here. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next service date.
